Easton arts trail. 2011

So we opened up our house for the Easton arts trail last weekend and it was a great success. We were busy both days and even got recommended by people to come and see us! woo.

Kate, stef and I put the show up with make shift sheeting and shelves, but it looked awesome.

We made cake and chai and Kate sold some of her head bands.

Brilliant day all round.

Backing work for Invasion project

I ve been gathering and finding inspiration all over the place. I am hoping to do something with the birds feet and crab claws later. I also took a trip to the scrap store and found a whole barrel of glue chips.....so i stuck them all together...I think doing a really big piece with this could be impressive.

These were my final pieces shown at the Degree show. The Head piece above has been chosen to go to the New Designers Show in london at the end of the month.
